VOUEE Refund & Returns Policy

At VOUEE, we take pride in formulating high-performance skincare specifically for melanin-rich skin.
Each product is made in small batches and inspected carefully before shipping.
Because our products are cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
1. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available only if:
- The wrong product was sent,
- The item arrived damaged, or
- There was an error on VOUEE’s part.
- Unopened, unused goods are returned within a 30 day period
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used skincare,
- Change-of-mind purchases, or
- Reactions due to individual skin differences when a patch test was not completed or the instructions not followed.
2. Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, email support@voueeskin.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your full name and order number,
- A clear photo of the issue (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), and
- A brief explanation of the problem.
Only pre-approved returns will be accepted.
Unapproved parcels or returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Products must reach VOUEE within 30 days of delivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. When your order qualifies for free shipping, it means VOUEE has chosen to bear the cost of shipping. In the case of a return/refund, this cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless VOUEE confirms an error or defect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; VOUEE is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Customers must return the full order including free items or gifts.
4. Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 16–24 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check your mailbox, building, and with neighbors.
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered prematurely.
- If still missing, contact support@voueeskin.com for investigation.
Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, but a one-time replacement may be issued at VOUEE’s discretion.
6. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
7. Fair Use
If we detect an unusual pattern of return requests or policy misuse, we reserve the right to deny refunds or suspend future orders.
