VOUEE Shipping Policy

At VOUEE, we ship directly from our fulfillment locations in Hong Kong and Korea.
We currently deliver to select destinations to ensure a consistent, reliable experience for every customer.


1. Shipping Regions

We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

We currently ship to:

🇺🇸 United States

🇭🇰 Hong Kong SAR

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

🇨🇦 Canada

If your location is not available at checkout, VOUEE products may not yet be available in your region. Contact us to confirm.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 2 PM HKT or GMT will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs inspection, courier delays, weather, strikes or peak periods.


4. Shipping Fees

- Free shipping for orders over HKD 500 / £55 / €60 (after discounts).

- For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.


5. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we may reship it to the correct address for a reshipping fee, plus the cost of shipping.

VOUEE is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect address details.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for responding to any inquiries or requests from their local customs office to ensure their package clears customs.
VOUEE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a customer refuses to pay local duties or fails to collect their parcel, the order will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.


7. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking details may be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 48–78 hours for tracking information to appear.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

- Check with your building, security, or neighbors.

- Wait 48 hours — couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

- If still not located, contact us at support@voueeskin.com for assistance.

Refunds are not provided for orders marked as delivered by the courier, but a one-time replacement may be issued at our discretion.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations or address changes are no longer possible.


9. Holidays & Peak Seasons

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), shipping and processing may take longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience during these times.
