About VOUEE

What makes VOUEE different?
VOUEE is formulated in Korea with a focus on melanin-rich skin. Our line targets dark spots, uneven tone, and sensitivity—without whitening agents. We prioritise gentle actives, tested on deeper skin tones.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle. If you are new to acids or vitamin C, patch test first and introduce products gradually.
Do VOUEE products lighten the skin?
No. We don’t formulate to lighten or bleach. Our goal is to support your skin’s natural clarity and glow.
Where are VOUEE products made?
Our core skincare is formulated and manufactured in Korea under ISO/GMP standards. Some accessories or pop-up items may be sourced elsewhere; check each product page for specifics.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to selected regions. See our full list and delivery estimates on the Shipping Policy page.
How long does delivery take?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on destination and carrier. Check your tracking email for the latest updates.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it—what do I do?
Please check safe places and with neighbours first. If it doesn’t appear within 48 hours, contact us at support@voueeskin.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please initiate and return within 30 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. Full details: Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll do our best to help. Email us immediately at support@voueeskin.com. However once the product has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the order.

Product Use & Routine

Best routine for dark spots (hyperpigmentation)?
Morning: Ruwa Cleanser → Nüwr Brightening Serum → Ụ̀tụ́tụ̀ SPF30 Moisturiser.
Evening: Ruwa Cleanser → optionally Nsuo Hydrating Serum → Nüwr on alternate nights if tolerated. Always patch test and use SPF daily.
Will SPF leave a white cast on deeper skin?
Ụ̀tụ́tụ̀ SPF30 is designed to blend comfortably on deeper tones when applied generously and evenly. Allow it to settle for 1–2 minutes before makeup.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on which product you are using. We have tried to give an average breakdown of timing for each product. Results vary by skin history and sun exposure. Daily SPF is essential.
