Refund Policy

At VOUEE, we strive to provide you with the best skincare products and ensure your satisfaction. We have implemented a refund policy that aims to offer flexibility while maintaining reasonable guidelines. Please read the following information carefully to understand our refund process.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@voueeskin.com, including your name, order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility and Process

Most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To ensure a successful return, please ensure that:
– The items are in new or unused condition.
– All original materials included with the shipment are returned.
– The returned items are received at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery.

Please be aware that original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We carefully inspect all returns, and in the case of a return due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Customer Responsibility

Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at VOUEE. We recommend purchasing tracking services and retaining proof of postage for your protection. Only products received by our warehouse can be credited. Please ensure that your return includes the necessary order information to facilitate the refund process. If an order cannot be located, we are unable to process the refund.

Please note that VOUEE does not cover the cost of return tracking or postage.

Exceptions and Fair Use

For returns that exceed the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund or provide a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, if we detect an abnormal pattern of return activity or behavior, we may reach out to you to discuss your returns. Abuse of the return policy may result in the suspension of your account and associated accounts.

Exchanges and Store Credit

We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds and Processing Time

We aim to process refunds within 20 business days of receiving the returned product(s) at VOUEE. However, please note that during high volume periods, these times may be impacted. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to alternative cards. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Please be aware that the timelines for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Fair Use and Policy Compliance

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our refund policy. If we observe any abuse of the return policy, we may take appropriate measures, including the suspension of your account and associated accounts.
