Welcome to VOUEE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.voueeskin.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or services provided by Chayil Ltd (“VOUEE,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users 13 years and older.
If you are under 18, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Product Sales & Personal Use
All VOUEE products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.
Resale or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy of Information
We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission and to update or cancel orders if necessary.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in HKD or USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase through the methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion—for example, in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, or reseller activity. Where freebies or giveaways are offered, they are limited to one item per order. Coupons will valid for either the date stated at the time of issuance or for three months maximum where there is no dated stated. We reserve the right to cancel coupons and discount codes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination.
Once a tracking number has been issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted in limited cases—defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
All other sales are final for hygiene reasons.

7. Promotions & Pricing Changes
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We may withdraw or alter promotions at any time.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Site without written permission.

You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes, spam, or attempts to disrupt operations.

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”), you grant VOUEE a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content across media for marketing or operational purposes.
You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful or offensive material.
11. Limitation of Liability
VOUEE and its directors, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products or services, including data loss or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Site, you consent to this data collection and processing.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or cancel orders at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
